Tendfor becomes world’s first API-based Teams contact center in the process of certification
Tendfor has now been added to the list of contact center products for Teams in the process of being certified by Microsoft.
More importantly, Tendfor is the first – and currently only – switchboard attendant and contact center solution on this list in the most intimately integrated API based “Extend + power” category of certification.
As detailed in the specification of the integration levels, linked at Microsoft below, this means Tendfor is the only system currently working independently of service provider. Hence, organizations can choose – or even mix and match – various ways of getting PSTN calls into Microsoft 365/Teams in different geographical regions.
