Tendfor AB (in this text referred to as “Tendfor”, “we” “us”) will always respect your right to privacy.
This notice of privacy explains the scope of our data collection, as well as how we share and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

Tendfor offers professional support systems for contact center agents, ACD users, and switchboard attendants using the Microsoft UCC platforms.
Tendfor offers on-premise as well as full SaaS solutions servicing our customers’ needs in these areas.
Tendfor is a registered trademark and Tendfor services has been offered under the Tendfor brand since 2013. We are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, servicing customers globally.
In general, Tendfor will limit the use any personal information collected from you to the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, or for purposes explicitly explained to you at instances where we collect your personal information. There may, however, be situations where we also use your personal information for other purposes that are not incompatible with the stated purposes outlined here, and which comply with and are permitted under applicable data protection laws.
When you utilize Tendfor services and products – or do things like register an account with Tendfor, respond to a questionnaire or survey, request service or support, or contact us directly – those interactions may include you voluntarily, or upon our request, providing us with information under some or all of the following categories/sources of information gathering:

Tendfor AB stores your personal data on our servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services the Tendfor AB employs.
Personal data that we are processing based on your consent, will be kept for unlimited period of time (or until the consent is revoked), unless otherwise prescribed by applicable legal requirements and presuming that it is necessary for the purpose of processing.
If you didn’t provide us with your consent for data processing, or revoked the consent, we will store only minimum data about you (full name, contact details, our references and notes) for the statistic and reporting purposes or to the extent justified based on other legal grounds, such as our legitimate interest.
Like many other companies and services, we use tracking technologies on our services (referred to together as “cookies,” unless otherwise specified) including HTTP cookies, HTML5 and Flash local storage, web beacons/GIFs, embedded scripts and e-tags/cache browsers).

Tendfor may also use plugins for social networking services on our Site. The social plugins used by Tendfor are hosted by third-party social media networks.
