Unique Microsoft Compliance Recording from Tendfor

We will shortly be releasing a unique contact center integrated take on Microsoft Teams Compliance Recording. 

Tendfor customers will be able to record only contact center and/or attendant console calls coming in through queues, without the risk of having private Teams calls to the agents recorded. 

This is a highly requested feature that respects the privacy of staff. Now this no longer has to block your organization’s move to an all-Teams contact center/attendant console. 

As an added security/privacy bonus, recorded calls will be stored exclusively in the own customer's Azure tenant - with superb search and retrieval from Tendfor's user friendly interfaces.
