The entire Relevo team spent a few amazingly sunny Mars days in the small mountainous nation of Andorra, ironing out the roadmap for the exciting future evolution of our Telekom platform, Tendfor.

After hard work mixed with good food and some adventurous excursions on the slopes; we now have the framework in place for continued high pace innovation, based on our unique combination of IT Infrastructure and Telecom knowhow.  

The entire Relevo/Tendfor family spent an extended weekend in the Scottish Highlands dedicated to the continued development of our offers in the areas of consulting and telecom, this time with a special focus on infrastructural aspects. As always, the trip also provided ample opportunity for rewarding informal conversations during exhilarating activities. 

We are proud and excited to include Keyvan Razi as a permanent member of our stellar Tendfor team.

Keyvan short stints with us during his education has left us impressed with the way he has made valuable contributions, far beyond his experience, right out of the gate. It is with great anticipation and joy we now get to follow and contribute to his continued career development. 

During the summer months, we are happy to have the development team reinforced by Keyvan Razi and Islam Alzobaydee. 

After only a few brief weeks, we can already conclude that it is a pleasure and treat to get the opportunity to develop and learn with these two hungry up-and-comers, who are already learning new techniques and solving complex problems and tasks at a pace which makes it hard for us to keep them occupied.

The whole company took off for Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy, to draw up the plans for the further development of our Contact Center and Attendant Console product, Tendfor. We had the most amazing and productive time, which included some fantastic dinners and excursions on the pristine ski slopes of the Dolomites. 

Relevo/Tendfor had two teams out the gate in the Charity Class of the one-time-only Stockholm Tunnel Run 2014 event, held in the road tunnels that will make up part of the new Norra länken traffic system. With over 35,000 runners completing the race, it was one of Europe’s biggest 10k races, and the day was a fantastically unique experience for our runners. 

Relevo proudly welcomes Oscar Lundgren to our growing Tendfor team. Tendfor is our Attendant and Contact Center platform for Lync/Skype for Business, and Oscars long experience with and understanding of advanced telecom systems will provide a wealth of contributions to the current platform as well as to future expansions and additions. Business insiders may know Oscar from his most recent tenure at Enghouse Interactive. 

On March the first, we were happy to welcome a familiar face in the telecom sphere to Relevo. Eric Sandström – joining us after a long and prosperous tenure at Enghouse Interactive – has a firm grasp on areas ranging from areas like project management and establishing development requirements to presale and marketing.

Eric's enthusiasm and industry connections will no doubt leave much anticipated and lasting contributions to the startup phase of our Tendfor Contact Center-venture.

During an intense few days in the Middle East, the entire Relevo team got together to make sure our new telecom platform, Tendfor, will work optimally in future hosted environments. Architectural considerations and perfect multi tenancy demands were ironed out with breaks for great food and exciting trips into the desert wilderness.   

And this time by a truly exceptional new team member – we are happy to be able to welcome Rickard Robin to Relevo!
