The Italian Alps delivered exciting experiences for the non-skiers, amazingly groomed pistes, wonderful accommodations, great food – but most importantly – very rewarding tech sessions and heart-warming bonding with almost our entire kick-ass team.  

We would like to thank Microsoft for all the work on the event, and all the knowledgeable visitors who came by and checked out the Tendfor-demo in Teams and Azure!

We are happy to announce that we will be among the exhibitors at Microsoft Sweden for their Intelligent Communications Day on the 6:th of December.

For the first time ever – we will unveil some of the new exciting Teams functionality offered by Tendfor at the event. Hope to see you there!

Together with our new partner NetNordic, we are now offering Tendfor via Kammarkollegiet’s framework agreement for public sector procurement of telephony products.  

In this release, we join our new multi-tenant hosting infrastructure with our on-prem system to offer a unified set of binaries for all previous deployment methods, and a few new ones!

In a quantum leap for the Tendfor platform, with the release of Tendfor 3.0, we are now offering an ultra-modern infrastructure for various hosted deployment methods. The system now offers:

• Full multi-tenant support
• Built in MS Service Fabric based High Availability for hosting
• Support for hosting with hybrid deployment, with full presence monitoring of users in O365
• Unique support for hosting directly against O365 Skype for Business Online (and in the future, Teams)

We are very proud to announce that our Attendant Console and Contact Center platform, Tendfor, becomes the first solution of its kind to be featured in Microsoft’s new global One Commercial Partner Catalog.

For us, this constitutes an important pillar in a closer international collaboration with Microsoft’s marketing and technical solution teams.  

Tendfor was one of a select number of exhibited solutions at the Microsoft Unified Communications day under the heading: ”Transformation Through Intelligent Communication”. We also took to the stage for an interesting panel discussion on technology, the market situation and the future of UC.

It was a lot of fun to get the opportunity to meet new potential customers, and to show them why Tendfor is the most exciting and innovative system of its kind.
