A word on contact center and attendant console certification for Teams

Since Microsoft announced contact center products currently in the process of being certified for Microsoft Teams last week, we have received some questions about why Tendfor is not on the list.

Tendfor is the world’s first – and currently only – native contact center and attendant console platform in production against the new Cloud Communications APIs for Teams.

This week our production and POC customers will receive API-based Teams presence in all Tendfor Teams interfaces, such as Teams app, mobile apps and full attendant console.

December release of Teams Calling API!

Today, what we have had to keep to ourselves as members of the TAP program, finally became public. The Graph Calling API for Teams will be released in December!

Thanks for the heads up about that Linus.

Tendfor is currently the only professional contact center solution and attendant console in the world using these APIs being used by customers. We expect that to be the case for some time.
