Tendfor 3.2 is out, featuring among other enhancements:

• All new 3d generation mobile and Teams apps, which now includes phone book and setting of absence referrals.
• CRM-integration modules via actions in our graphical IVRs.
• Statistics details and search and retrieval for individual interactions
• Call recording with all new simple search and retrieval.
• Integrated Mobile line state for Telenor’s new APIs

The Italian Alps delivered exciting experiences for the non-skiers, amazingly groomed pistes, wonderful accommodations, great food – but most importantly – very rewarding tech sessions and heart-warming bonding with almost our entire kick-ass team.

2018 marked a year of great success for us, with lots of new exciting consultancy projects, over 20% growth and a return to profitability after three years of heavy investment in our internally developed telecom platform Tendfor.

We wish to extend our sincere gratitude to our customers and partners for being vital parts of that.

In this picture, part of the Relevo/Tendfor staff is chatting it up in our lounge before heading out for our Lucia day dinner at Adam & Albin's amazing Tvätteriet restaurant.

Taking part in the preparation of their spectacular food is always a treat - and having the opportunity to gather our whole amazing team to celebrate a fantastic year and the coming holidays made it all the more special.
