In collaboration with software expert Crayon, we will assist a well-known Swedish multinational in their global Lync 2013 implementation. Our expert will handle everything related to SQL and storage; design, testing, documentation and handover to long-term operations. The solution will support 130,000 users and it will run on at least 5 datacenters in different geographical locations around the globe.
On March the first, we were happy to welcome a familiar face in the telecom sphere to Relevo. Eric Sandström – joining us after a long and prosperous tenure at Enghouse Interactive – has a firm grasp on areas ranging from areas like project management and establishing development requirements to presale and marketing.
Eric's enthusiasm and industry connections will no doubt leave much anticipated and lasting contributions to the startup phase of our Tendfor Contact Center-venture.
During an intense few days in the Middle East, the entire Relevo team got together to make sure our new telecom platform, Tendfor, will work optimally in future hosted environments. Architectural considerations and perfect multi tenancy demands were ironed out with breaks for great food and exciting trips into the desert wilderness.
As the celebration started at midnight New Year’s Eve, we released our brand new attendant platform for Lync Enterprise Voice – Tendfor!

The all-knowing UC oracles Tommy Clarke and Martin Lidholm, having received some pre-launch information about the upcoming release, chose to discuss our Tendfor product in front of an initiated and interested audience during their presentation at this year’s Microsoft Lync Winter Meetup in Stockholm. The attendees were also treated to a world premiere, a sneak peek of the Tendfor Attendant Client.
We will shortly announce the piece of the puzzle that has been missing for Microsoft Lync being the obvious choice for Enterprise Voice solutions in discerning businesses and organizations.

Rickard last worked as Development Manager at technology experts Apica, leaders in the field of web based load testing and performance analysis. Rickard is an experienced software architect, team leader and Scrum Master.
He will reinforce our telecom team on internal projects and assist our clients when they need a versatile expert developer, who is also a good coach with valuable experience in agile development methods.
Relevo is assisting the number porting services venture SNPAC, jointly owned by the telecom operators, with analysis and development of a new interface. The goal is to offer operators a new and direct access service for system integration with existing number porting processes.
The analysis phase began earlier this year, and we are now working on the challenging development. The project, led by Relevo, is expected to last for at least the remainder of 2013.
Relevo proudly welcomes our latest recruit – Matias Krebs – who will strengthen our telecom development team. Matias, joining us from Trio/Enghouse Interactive, has just the drive and knowledge we need in our efforts to build the smartest and best solutions for the exciting frontiers joining telecom and IT Infrastructure. We took our entire team to the quaint Italian mountain village of Alagna, for a 3 day seminar on future infrastructural demands on telecom platforms. The stay also provided setting for inspiring dinners together, and amazing outings on skis in the impressive Monterosa mountain range.
