Fun night with the UCC Club of Sweden and Microsoft

Yesterday Tendfor had the pleasure of being the main sponsor for a great evening where the UCC club of Sweden, SUCK, had invited themselves to Microsoft new amazing offices in downtown Stockholm.

Most importantly, we were treated to great informal talks over food and drinks among the knowledgeable attendees; but there were also presentations on our attendant and contact center solution for Teams, the Teams Call Quality Dashboard and general Teams news such as private channels.

December release of Teams Calling API!

Today, what we have had to keep to ourselves as members of the TAP program, finally became public. The Graph Calling API for Teams will be released in December!

Thanks for the heads up about that Linus.

Tendfor is currently the only professional contact center solution and attendant console in the world using these APIs being used by customers. We expect that to be the case for some time.
